Established in 1995 as Peters Engineering
GmbH converted into a public company (AG) in
1999 currently employing over 350 people.
Shareholders include company‘s management
staff.
Since August 1, 2007 peters engineering is
part of the corporation of Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services GmbH. BIS GmbH, which
was formerly Rhein & Mahla AG, employs over
23.000 people today and is one of Europe's
most significant companies for industrial
services and maintenance.
As a service company peters engineering is
engaged in engineering activities for a wide
range of applications. We owe our strength to the
high degree of flexibility and extensive skills of
our staff. Peters Engi-neering AG‘s quality
management system has been certified by TÜV
Rheinland in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
since 1996.
